In the past year, Sherman led more than $5 billion in music financings and securitization transactions, advising marquee clients including Concord, HarbourView Equity Partners, Duetti, and City National Bank. His work places him at the forefront of music asset-backed securities, a financing structure that allows music rights holders to leverage predictable royalty stream income into efficient capital while providing investors exposure to durable, high-quality assets.
