Rita Diaz focuses her practice on estate planning and advising trustees and beneficiaries through trust and probate administrations, especially those that are, or could be, contentious. She represents clients in various trusts and estate litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary disputes and trust contests. Diaz takes a comprehensive and result-driven approach to disputes. Her experience in estate planning, administration and litigation gives her a global perspective critical to avoiding, abating and resolving disputes. Diaz also counsels employers on a variety of matters, including discrimination, leaves of absence, policies, and wage and hour issues.
From early on in her career, Diaz has been involved in the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division as well as the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
