Stephanie Yonekura is the global head of Hogan Lovells’ Investigations, White Collar, and Fraud practice, which is comprised of more than 150 lawyers across 20 jurisdictions globally. Having served as a federal prosecutor for over 14 years, Yonekura has specialized knowledge of the hot-but-ton issues that are considered in every stage of any government investigation. Yonekura was previously acting US Attorney in the US Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. Under her leadership, the office investigated the hacking of one of the world’s largest entertainment companies, reportedly by a foreign government. As the Acting US Attorney, Yonekura was an active participant in the larger DOJ community.
