David Willingham is a seasoned litigator with a focus on white-collar criminal defense, government investigations and complex litigation matters in a variety of both high profile and highly confidential matters. Willingham is a former federal prosecutor in California and has a long history of successful representations in white-collar criminal matters. He recently achieved an impressive result after a 6-year litigation odyssey against the New York Attorney General and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for RD Legal Funding and its CEO. Willingham previously served as the president of the Federal Bar Association of Los Angeles, and the co-chair of the Law-yer Representatives for the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference. He also served as an assistant US attorney for the Central District of California.
