Aaron Lewis has been a leader and innovator in this rapidly evolving frontier at the intersection of ESG and traditional internal investigations, since it first emerged in 2016. This foundation of experience includes helping to lead Covington’s work to support the first civil rights audit for Airbnb, as well as the firm’s assessments of Starbucks’ efforts to promote civil rights, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and also more recent engagements for BlackRock, Citibank, KeyCorp, Verizon, Uber, Dow, Wells Fargo and other public companies in a variety of industries.
