Samantha Grant is a partner in Reed Smith’s Century City office and is an effective advocate for employers and management in administrative, arbitration and trial proceedings. She leverages her analytical and strategic skills to deliver superior results in litigation of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, breach of contract, fraud, defamation, trade secret and unfair competition cases, among others. She advises clients on litigation avoidance strategies and local, state, and federal compliance matters. She also conducts workplace investigations and management and workforce training.
Grant has extensive experience in many different industries, including the entertainment, aerospace/defense contractor, hospitality, health care, and retail industries. Her deep industry knowledge coupled with her awareness of her clients’ businesses make her particularly adept at proactively advising her clients on creating harmonious workplaces, managing a diverse workforce and litigation avoidance strategies, as well as making her an effective litigator.
