Joshua Hamilton leverages invaluable experience as a first-chair trial lawyer to represent clients – ranging from emerging growth-stage startups through Fortune 500 companies, as well as financial institutions, investment firms, and partnerships – in their highest-stakes securities and corporate governance-related litigation and investigations; class action defense; entertainment, sports, and media disputes; and other complex commer- cial litigation. Well-respected among his colleagues, Hamilton serves as co-chair of Latham’s Los Angeles and Century City Litigation & Trial Department. He also served for many years in leadership roles in the Los Angeles County and Federal Bar Associations, including as the chair of the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
