From Chipotle to T-Mobile, Agrusa has successfully defended her clients in more than 50 putative class actions with combined potential exposure of over $100 billion in just the last five years alone, including Danone in first-of-its-kind impact litigation, and her track record has resulted in long-term partner- ships with iconic brands Danone, Hilton, Chipotle and Motel 6.
Within DLA Piper, Agrusa serves as the managing partner of DLA Piper’s Los Angeles offices, growing the DLA Piper LA office to over 120 attorneys and tripling its revenue in the last four years. She is an active, suc- cessful recruiter and has brought in several high-profile lateral partners in recent months. Agrusa also serves as co-chair of the firm’s Class Action and Mass Action Litigation Group and its Food and Beverage sector.
