With the added pressures of intense media interest and a massive, vocal fan base, Rosengart achieved three swift victories for his client in 2021: Britney was allowed to choose her own lawyer (Rosengart); her father James Spears was removed as her conservator in a landmark decision that was the subject of breaking news stories throughout the U.S. and the world; and the entire conservatorship was later terminated.
