Eric Racusin currently serves as senior vice president and business banking regional executive for U.S. Bank, where he leads over 200 employees who serve the needs of businesses across the state. Before transitioning to the financial services industry, Racusin spent significant time at a private manufacturing firm where he led the marketing group responsible for the company’s brand positioning, go-to-market strategy and government contracting program. Currently, Racusin’s business banking segment provides the banking needs of medium-sized businesses, while offering access to a wide range of services and solutions to help them grow. These include not only business accounts, credit cards and loans but also full-scale payments solutions and customized industry expertise for verticals like healthcare and agriculture.
