Ting Song is a director at First Republic Investment
Management, a company that has recently been
acquired by JP Morgan Chase. He leads and super-
vises the Alternative Investment accounting depart-
ment at the Eagle Alternative Investments platform
and oversees accounting operations for Private Equity
Funds and Hedge Funds with 3.2 billion assets under
management. During his tenure at First Republic, he
has implemented projects and innovations that intro-
duced technology to the existing manual platform,
leading to a significant cost reduction and growth of the
platform.
Song also has extensive experience in accounting
and consulting for non-profit organizations. He suc-
cessfully assisted big name nonprofits in establishing
accounting systems from the ground up, enhancing
efficiencies in their accounting processes, resolving
complex accounting issues, providing oversight for
financial reporting, and offering valuable finance strate-
gy consultation.
