Ricky Nagano is a Partner in the Accounting and Tax
Attest Department at Prager Metis. He is also the
leader of the firm’s Japanese Global Services Group.
In this role, Nagano offers financial and business strat-
egy consultancy to Japanese companies working in or
looking to develop operations in the US and domestic
companies interested in expanding their businesses into
Japan.
Born and raised both in Japan and the US, Nagano
specializes in providing accounting, audit, tax and con-
sulting services to Japanese-speaking clients in a wide
range of industries, including entrepreneurs, individual
clients and information technology companies. Nagano
is also deeply committed to community service. He
serves as treasurer of the nonprofit Support-of-People-
in-Need, which supports poverty-stricken families and
communities in his local area. He also contributes to
the Japanese Business Association of Southern Califor-
nia, striving to enhance the business environment for
Japanese companies in the region.
