Suzie Doran, a partner at SingerLewak, has been with the firm since 2008. Before working at SingerLewak, she was a senior manager at Grant Thornton, LLP in the transaction advisory services group. Before that, she worked at PwC, primarily in the San Jose office, where she started her career in 1997.
Doran has worked with public and private companies in a variety of industries. She has transactional expertise in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, corporate restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. She has helped some of the largest private companies and emerging entrepreneurial clients seize value and opportunity for their respective companies. Her industries and focus include professional services, real estate, technology, manufacturing & distribution, and life sciences. Doran is on the executive committees for the boards of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Los Angeles chapter as well as the OneACG global board.
