Richard Giedlin, a manager at GURSEY | SCHNEI- DER, LLP, prides himself on understanding the needs of his staff, especially with the rise of the remote workplace. As a manager in the Litigation Services department, Giedlin excels at understanding complex tax issues relating to marital dissolution.
Giedlin is always willing to answer questions and help staff grow. His practical and hands on approach to training and supervision has led to joke at the staff level – “the entire training department is Richard.” Giedlin gives back in several ways to the Los Angeles community. First, he has served on the California Society of CPAs Los Angeles Board of Directors (local level) for almost a decade. His primary focus has been to increase financial literacy and put on events for younger, emerging professionals in accounting and finance. Next year, he will serve as the president of the Los Angeles Chapter.
