Mohamed Ghattas, CPA, is a partner in the tax practice of CohnReznick’s Los Angeles office. With more than 16 years of experience, he provides tax and business consulting services concerning numerous facets of partnership and real estate taxation, as well as tax structuring and compliance for closely held businesses and their owners. He is also actively involved in the Private Client Services group, with a focus on servicing high net-worth individuals to meet their business, family, and financial and lifestyle needs.
Ghattas has also served privately held and public companies, both startups and those in the middle market. He works with clients in a variety of industries with a focus on commercial and residential real estate, retail and consumer products, and the emerging cannabis market. He is also a member of the NHM Professional Advisors Council, where he incorporates charitable gift-planning services into his professional practices.
