Don Crawford is the Los Angeles Office audit leader and serves as Deloitte’s technology industry leader for the Pacific Southwest audit practice. He has over 20 years of public accounting and consulting experience serving large public companies as well as smaller high-growth companies in the digital media, software, interactive gaming, clean tech, and ad tech industries.
During the course of his career, Crawford has been closely involved in numerous securities transactions, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, whereby he has developed extensive experience in assisting his clients with complex accounting issues, particularly relating to revenue recognition, equity accounting, stock-based compensation, internal controls, and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career, Crawford has had a passion for mentorship and inclusion. He has been and continues to be, a mentor to professionals in all stages of their careers, from students all the way through partners.
