As dean of LMU College of Business Administration, Dayle leads strategy, operations and fundraising while meeting the needs of students, faculty, staff and a growing portfolio of degree programs. She serves on the board for the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative (GRLI), World Trade Center Los Angeles, and will step in as president of the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools (IAJBS) in July 2023.
