Tunde Ogunwole is a Vice President, Development Officer at Prologis. He leads a small team dedicated to performing large tenant improvement, ground up development & industrial entitlement projects throughout Coastal Southern California, covering LA, Orange County and San Diego. We works closely with his colleagues in capital deployment and leasing to source, shape and execute deals. Having spent several years in the Inland Empire and multiple jurisdictions in Southern California, he has a unique perspective of the trends that are happening in e-commerce and industrial market. He’s a former Naval Officer who graduated from the US Naval Academy and has a Pepperdine MBA in Finance & Global Business.
