Luke Staubitz is an Executive Vice President in the El Segundo office of Kidder Mathews. Staubitz has more than 3 decades of experience in brokering the sale, lease and development of manufacturing and logistics facilities, land, and industrial buildings for creative office conversion. He is also on Kidder’s Board of Directors and is a former Past President and Board Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Greater Los Angeles Chapter. Staubitz represents Tenants, Institutional Landlords and Private Landlords. His business is focused in the SouthBay and Greater LAX submarkets. He leads a four person Team with over a hundred years of combined experience. As a UCLA graduate and life long Bruin, he has high expectations for Bruin dominance of the Big Ten.
