Executive Managing Director Robert Peddicord is the head of CBRE’s South Bay operations, which includes the firm’s office in El Segundo. In this role, Mr. Peddicord has oversight of CBRE’s full spectrum of service offerings —including advisory and transactions, capital markets and asset services across all property types—for one of Southern California’s most dynamic real estate markets.Mr. Peddicord, who came to CBRE in 2012, has served as executive managing director of Institutional Services for Greater Los Angeles and Orange County and most recently as leader of Asset Services across the Western U.S. Mr. Peddicord joined CBRE in 2012 as the Senior Managing Director of Institutional Services for the Greater Los Angeles/Orange County Region. He is a long-time real estate executive in Los Angeles, having spent 18 years on the ownership side of the business. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Peddicord served as Chief Operating Officer of Younan Properties and before that, he was the COO at GE Capital/Arden Realty for 12 years. Preceding his COO position, he served as Executive Vice President, Operations and Leasing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Peddicord was with Julien J. Studley, where he was a Corporate Managing Director in Los Angeles for nine years.
