Franco has dedicated the past 28 years to mitigating the cycle of trauma and homelessness for Transition Age Foster Youth. Franco founded The RightWay Foundation to help system-impacted youth break down barriers to employment. Franco provides trauma-informed, culturally competent training for companies and organizations to equip them to retain and motivate young workers.
