Mary Leylekyan joined the Miller Kaplan team in 2018, most recently serving as a senior audit manager where she leads audits across a wide range of industries, including employee benefit plans, nonprofit organizations, and privately held companies. Beginning her accounting career in the private sector at a manufacturing company, she dedicated four and a half years to gaining valuable operational experience before moving into public accounting. Leylekyan has played a key role in leading a firm-wide risk assessment initiative that refined audit methodology and increased consistency across engagements. She is recognized not only for delivering high-quality work under pressure, but also for her commitment to mentoring junior staff and supporting the growth of her team.
