This year marks Lewis Horne’s 40th anniversary with CBRE. In his current role with the firm, Horne leads the strategic direction and performance of its Advisory Services business in Greater Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire, which includes Advisory
& Transaction Services, Asset Services, Capital Markets, Local Project Management, and Valuations. With over 40 years of experience at CBRE, he is deeply passionate about collaboration and promotes the integration of multiple disciplines to ensure strategic solutions for complex client assignments.

In addition to his professional achievements, Horne is an in°uential leader in the Los Angeles community, dedicating his voice, experience and time to address business and social issues, including the city’s homelessness crisis. He is an ardent advocate for affordable housing in Los Angeles. Horne serves as co-chair for the Central City Association of Los Angeles, supporting its Homelessness Initiative, and he is a past chairman of the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and the LA Business Council. Colleagues describe Horne as having an effervescent energy that is contagious. He worked his way up through the ranks at CBRE over 40 years, demonstrating dedication and perseverance.
