Innesa came to the US with her family from Tajikistan in the early 90’s. As a refugee, from an entrepreneurial family, she was raised to be industrious and hardworking. Innesa worked her way through college and was named 2021 CEO of the Year, 2020 Top Business Leader 40 Under 40 in San Diego, and 2019 Businesswoman of the Year Award Finalist, by the San Diego Business Journal and was the recipient of the 2020 Businesswoman of the Year Finalist by Enterprising Women Magazine. Her unstoppable devotion to a better life and strong work ethic was instilled at a very early age. After graduation, she was immediately recruited into the staffing industry and since then has worked for three larger staffing companies within the Southern California marketplace. While she established many valuable relationships during this period, she also wanted to be able to provide a more personalized service to her clients. After forming a successful partnership with her sister at their last corporate job, Innesa and her sister decided to venture off and form their own Boutique Recruiting firm. Now, they serve over 3000 clients here in the San Diego area and nationally.
Innesa is a successful Mompreneur who enjoys spending time with her three kids and wonderful husband. Innesa is committed to living a very mindful, healthy, and active lifestyle. Some of her most recent hobbies include meditation, writing and volunteering.
