Lilit Nersisyan is an Audit Principal at Withum based in Los Angeles, bringing more than 15 years of experience serving the financial services industry. She specializes in alternative investment audits and financial reporting, working closely with hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital firms, and other investment managers navigating complex regulatory and reporting environments. 

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Lilit has played an instrumental role in building and mentoring high-performing teams across the firm while fostering a culture centered on professional growth, connection, and opportunity. She also leads the firm’s Women of Financial Services initiatives, helping create meaningful networking, mentorship, and business development opportunities that continue to strengthen the industry community. 

 In addition to her client service leadership, Lilit has been a key driver in expanding Withum’s West Coast financial services strategy, helping deepen relationships and elevate the firm’s presence across the alternative investment marketplace.
