Dayle Smith, PhD, is dean of LMU College of Business Administration and president of the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools. She serves on several boards, including LAEDC and WTCLA, has authored over 20 books on leadership, and received the AACSB’s 2025 Patricia Flynn Distinguished Woman in Business Education Award.
