Matt Sprague has 15 years of public accounting experience providing hands-on, high quality assurance and accounting services to clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, financial services, nonprofit and technology and media services. Sprague has deep expertise in providing audit, review and compilation services to closely held and/or private equity-backed middle-market companies and enjoys working with and advising business owners on accounting issues and business transactions. Prior to joining Hedman Partners, Sprague was a director at a national accounting firm, serving middle-market public and private companies. Sprague is active in accounting societies as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he serves on the board of directors of the Los Angeles Chapter.
