Alan Edrick is executive vice president and CFO of OSI Systems, a vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of specialized electronic systems for critical applications in homeland security, healthcare, defense and aerospace. Edrick joined the company in this role in 2006 and brings over three decades of financial management and public accounting experience – including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financial planning and analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Between 2004 and 2006, Edrick served as executive vice president and CFO of Bio-Source International, Inc., a biotechnology company, until its sale to Invitrogen Corporation. Prior to that point, he served as senior vice president and CFO of North American Scientific, Inc., a medical device and specialty pharmaceutical company.
Edrick is responsible for record revenues, earnings, and backlog. He has led a hugely successful capital markets transaction with the issuance of $350 million of convertible note at best-in-class pricing at the time of the deal. He also spearheaded a successful acquisition in Sept 2024 and achieved a record stock price.
In the past twelve months, Edrick has led several other improvements, such as 19% growth on the top line and 30% on the bottom line. Edrick has supplemented organic growth with three acquisitions, deal identification, integration, and much more.
