Tom is a managing director of Hines’ West Region where he’s responsible for the acquisition, capitalization, diligence, development, and asset management of the region’s commercial, residential and industrial projects across Southern California and Las Vegas.
Since joining Hines in 2016, Tom has been instrumental in growing the Hines presence in Southern California across all product types. He has acquired, redeveloped, managed, and sold office, industrial, retail and residential projects, totaling more than 5 million square feet and $2 billion in value.
Tom spearheaded the West Region’s push into the industrial sector. He has acquired, entitled, developed, and managed more than 10 industrial projects representing over half a billion dollars in total capitalization.
