KeAndra Cylear Dodds is the Executive Officer, Equity and Race at LA Metro where she leads the agency’s efforts to normalize and operationalize equity into all facets of its work. Prior to joining Metro, she spent her career in government and as a non-profit lawyer working to expand access to affordable housing, transit, and economic opportunities, and developing policies that foster racial and social equity. Â
