Natalie Puga is a project manager at Del Amo Construction, with more than 17 years in construction. Prior to her joining the company six years ago, she made her mark as vice president at Titan Integrated Systems. In her time with Del Amo Construction, she has continuously proven to be a top project manager, working on higher education, K-12, and laboratory projects across Southern California. She is known to clients and colleagues as a master of value engineering alternatives and micro and macro schedule analysis.

Puga’s involvement in design-build projects for educational facilities stands out as one of her great career highlights. She was an integral part of the design-build teams for Arts in Action Charter School, the Caltech Bouman Lab, and Rolling Hills United Methodist Church. She helped develop a system to implement both the needs and wishes of the professors, teachers, and administrative staff to utilize the spaces most effectively.
