Talin Espinoza is an executive manager with 20 years in the architecture, engineering and construction industry. Currently director of business development for Flatiron Construction Corporation, a heavy civil infrastructure contractor, Espinoza has held numerous leadership positions within well respected engineering and construction companies and on industry boards and organizations. She has been an advocate and supporter of advancement in the area of diversity and equity within the civil construction space.
Espinoza has also served as president of the Construction Management Association of America, Southern California Chapter and was only the fifth female president since the inception of the group. Within Flatiron she specializes in revenue focused market building, strategic growth facilitation and client relationship development.
