He has represented major institutional tenants such as, Nestle, Wells Fargo Bank, KPMG, GE/NBC, AT&T, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, The Walt Disney Co. In 2020, he completed over 2 million square feet of leasing transactions. Some of the most notable included over 600,000 square feet of leases to a major entertainment company on behalf of Worthe Real Estate and Blackstone. Additionally, Doney represented Stan Kroenke, the owner of the Rams and Hollywood Park in the leasing of 290,000 square feet to the NFL Media.
