Having represented Oracle Corporation on more than 400 office transactions across North America in the past eleven years, 60 plus assignments for Activision/Blizzard over the past decade, and dozens of lease transactions representing DreamWorks for more than twenty years, Porter and Miller have proven their ability to add industry sector knowledge and strategy, along with their exclusive tenant brokerage skills. The team has managed to captain some of the largest tenant representation transactions in Los Angeles history, including Symantec’s, Riot Games’, Yahoo!’s and Oracle’s campus locations, among many others.
