He represented Children’s Institute Inc. to build multiple pre-K, and primary schools in the highest need urban areas. He represented Wellnest, in the acquisition of land sites to build housing for at-risk teenagers and families. He also represented the Department of Transportation to acquire an 80,000 square foot facility.
