Diedra Porche is the senior vice president, and manager for the Government and Not-for-Profit Business Banking division covering the Western Region for JPMorgan Chase. She oversees the line of business that handles the banking and finance needs of municipal and not-for-profit clients. As of January 1, 2020, she became chairwoman of JPMorgan Chase’s Market Leadership Team for Los Angeles, overseeing the bank’s strategic decision-making and civic engagement in Southern California.
Porche is currently an executive board member for the Western Bankers Association in California representing JP Morgan Chase. She is passionate about community involvement and serves as a board director for EmpowHer, a local organization whose mission is to enrich and develop young girls. Additionally, she is the program director for the South Los Angeles Chapter of Jack and Jill Incorporated. Internally, she is the executive sponsor of JPMorgan’s BOLD (Black Organization for Leadership Development).
