Johanna Mayumi Traynor serves as senior loan officer for Lone Oak Fund, where she manages the firm’s Loan Origination Department. Last year, the origination team closed $900 million in bridge loans on California investment properties. Traynor has personally closed over $1 billion in first trust deeds since joining the firm in 2008. Her experience and expertise in commercial and non-owner occupied residential properties has enabled her to oversee seven other loan officers working on loans ranging from $1 million to $50 million.
Traynor also spearheaded the development of Lone Oak Fund’s proprietary origination software, which has contributed to Lone Oak Fund’s tremendous growth and success this cycle. Lone Oak Fund has over $1 billion in unleveraged capital and has funded over $6 billion in bridge loans. Traynor graduated from UCLA in 2007 with a B.A. in Economics and Geography.
