Senior manager of tax services at RSM US LLP, Jason Krein has actively worked to increase diversity and inclusion at RSM by actively participating in the firm’s Cultural Diversity Program. He is the LA office leader of the employee network group PRIDE which supports LGBT RSM employees, clients and allies through recruitment, retention and business activity alignment with LGBT organizations. In this role, he has led the firm’s involvement in the Los Angeles AIDS Fundraising Walk. This event raised awareness and generated support within the community and proceeds from the event went towards supporting initiatives to end the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
Krein also serves as an executive sponsor of Hola! which stands for the Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Achievement. It is one of RSM’s largest employee network groups dedicated to hosting networking activities, and focusing on mentoring and helping its members excel.
