Dr. Bernice Ledbetter is the Dean of Students and Alumni Affairs at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where she also serves as the Director of the Center for Women in Leadership. She is a recognized expert on the topic of women in leadership and recipient of the Trailblazer Award from Leadership California for her lifetime career and leadership accomplishments.
