Grace Kangdani is Market Manager of the LA Metro Business Banking team, leading a team of Relationship Managers who work with clients to proactively provide strategic advice and integrated financial solutions. Core capabilities include credit and financing solutions, treasury management, long-term fixed rate commercial mortgage (conventional and SBA 504), equipment finance and merchant processing. The team excels at combining Bank of America’s leading-edge technology with a high level of personalized service and business acumen.

Grace began her career with Bank of America in Consumer Banking, as Senior Teller in 2001. Subsequently, she held various positions in Bank of America’s Corporate Security and Investigations. In 2008, Grace joined the Commercial Banking – Middle Market division, working with companies with annual revenues up to $2 billion, within various industry verticals. Together with her team, Grace currently focuses on working with emerging and growth companies in the Greater Los Angeles area, with annual revenues of $5 million to $50 million, in various industry verticals, such as: consumer products, food, manufacturing, aerospace/defense and technology/media.

Grace earned a bachelor degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and MBA from Pepperdine University. She is also a mentor for teammates across the company, through Business Banking – Diversity & Inclusion Council, Business Banking – Leadership Council, the Asian Leadership Network, and LEAD for Women. She also serves as mentor externally through the Global Ambassador program, Cherie Blair Foundation and Women Leadership Council.

In January 2019, Grace was recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the Top Women in Banking. Grace currently serves on the Board of Trustees for P.S. Arts, a non-profit organization that provides high-quality arts education programs in underserved public schools and communities.

Grace has been married to her husband Ross for 10 years, and they have two daughters, Zarya and Leela. As a family, they enjoy traveling and exploring the various eateries in Los Angeles.
