Susan Grueneberg is a partner with Cozen O’Connor and a dean of the national franchise law bar. She has been practicing in the field for more than 35 years and is a trusted business advisor, sought-after regulatory counselor, certified franchise specialist and recognized industry thought leader. In her private practice, Grueneberg represents a broad array of clients, from innovative startups to Fortune 500 companies, including major franchisors, developers, sub-franchisors, and multi-unit franchisees. She focuses primarily on corporate transactions and regulatory compliance, structuring new franchise programs; conducting high-level audits; advising on franchise mergers and acquisitions; and handling franchisor-franchisee relations.
