She has deep experience and expertise working with family offices, high net worth individuals, trusts, real estate investment funds and advisors, property managers, corporate owners of real estate, and real estate owners and operators. Her areas of Federal income tax practice specialization include advising on the structuring and unwinding of partnerships and joint ventures; the taxation of partnership operations; and general tax accounting for real estate entities and operations. She also has significant experience with the preparation of the tax provision in accordance with ASC 740.
