McGuireWoods partner Sabrina Beldner’s clients refer to her as their “Swiss Army Knife” for employment matters. Beldner recently won a defense verdict for a Fortune 100 company and an individual manager on allegations of sexual harassment, retaliation and failure to prevent harassment brought by a female employee following a six-day arbitration hearing in which 10 witnesses testified and more than 75 exhibits were introduced. She also prevailed on an Anti-SLAPP motion challenging a client’s former employee’s lawsuit, resulting in an award of more than $17,000 in fees and costs against the employee.
