Jim Gillette is EPIC Insurance Broker & Consultants Regional President responsible for the management, leadership, and growth of the firms Southern California operations. He is also a member of EPIC’s Executive Committee. Additionally, he serves as a client team leader designing property & casualty and employee benefit insurance programs for corporate clients as well as coordinating risk management and brokerage resources throughout EPIC. Gillette works with clients in a number of industries ranging from real estate and development, manufacturing, professional services, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Gillette joined EPIC in 2010 to help build out the Los Angeles office when the company, which was founded in 2007, was establishing its footprint in Southern California. Over the last nine years with the firm he has lead the expansion of the Los Angeles office and EPIC’s revenue from less than $2 million in 2010 to over $15 million in 2018.
