Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP
Victor Hsu is a partner in Norton Rose Fulbright’s Los Angeles office, and the head of the firm’s Los Angeles public finance group. Hsu’s municipal securities practice emphasizes public power, transportation, water, wastewater, and general city and county financings. His clients include the Southern California Public Power Authority, the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the San Diego County Regional Transportation Commission. He has worked on some of the firm’s most high profile public finance matters over the last several years.
Earlier this year, Hsu was inducted as a fellow of the American College of Bond Counsel (ACBC). This honorary society recognizes “lawyers who have established reputations among their peers for their skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of bond law.” Membership in ACBC is extremely limited and is composed of the nation’s most accomplished lawyers in the field of municipal securities law.
