After seven years at the US Attorney’s Office, Estrada rejoined Munger, Tolles & Olson as a partner, where he primarily represents companies and their executives in complex litigation, and conducts sensitive internal investigations. In total, he’s tried more than 30 federal and state trials and arbitrations, argued more than a dozen appeals and conducted hundreds of investigations. He served as a member of the firm’s management committee from May 2019 until recently, and has now transitioned to the firm’s Compensation Committee.
