As a partner at Fisher Phillips, Anet Drapalski serves as a key advisor to employers across California in a diverse group of industries, including technology, hospitality, fashion, financial services and automotive/autonomous vehicles. She defends employers against a wide range of employment law claims, including disability, race, age, and gender discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and unlawful termination of employment. Drapalski also defends employers against wage and hour class action claims and representative claims under the Private Attorney General Act.
In addition, Drapalski works to prevent litigation by providing preventative counseling for employers. This includes updating and providing advice regarding the status of California’s many changing laws, sound personnel policies, sexual harassment and human resources training, implementation of leave polices, employee defection and trade secrets, employee classification, and compliance with workplace regulations. Drapalski was born in Jalisco, Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.
