Dr. David Skaggs considers it an honor and privilege to have cared for the children of Los Angeles for the past 25 years. He has helped design and patent spine instrumentation which is used all over the world and has written and served as editor for the best-selling textbook in pediatric orthopedic surgery, Fractures in Children, in addition to two other text books that are used to train surgeons throughout the world. His background as a NCAA All-American in the 400 Meter hurdles helps him relate to young athletes in training and dealing with injuries.
