Bella Wang joined Windes in 2000 and is currently a director in the firm’s Tax Department. She has been promoted to partner, effective July 1, 2022. Wang’s experience includes tax planning and consulting for businesses, corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals. She works closely with business owners and investors, specializing in international tax considerations, planning, and compliance on inbound and outbound transactions.
Wang’s international tax expertise has helped businesses and investors develop tax strategies to minimize their global taxes. She serves clients in the real estate, transportation, technology, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, and restaurant industries. As the practice leader for many of the firm’s strategic planning and incentive program services, Wang championed the formalization and development of the firm’s Paycheck Protection Program and Employee Retention Credit services within the tax department to service businesses and nonprofits impacted by COVID-19.
