notably in the healthcare, personal care, and business services sectors. His clients include middle market companies and private equity firms/portfolio companies.
Following several years of continued growth for FocalPoint Partners, Radia helped lead the investment bank’s successful sale to B. Riley Financial in 2022. Under his leadership, FocalPoint established an exemplary reputation as one of the leading middle market investment banks in the country. In 2021, the firm closed transactions with an aggregate value of $5.6 billion. As a division of B.
